Vision
Wagner Leadership Institute is an international apostolic training center established to equip the saints for Kingdom ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12).

Mission
Founded in 1998, WLI reflects a new paradigm for unique training in practical ministry. Students learn in a creative, revelatory atmosphere of teaching, impartation and activation with opportunity for hands-on practical application and ministry. WLI provides the highest level of training and spiritual impartation through a successful faculty of internationally known leaders who walk and minister powerfully out of the five-fold ascension gifts. The students obtain a living, functioning impartation and activation from the Holy Spirit to walk in their divine destiny.

Campus
The Central WLI Office and Training Facility are located in Colorado Springs, CO. WLI is a non-residential campus and does not offer on-site housing. WLI has Regional Training Centers located around the U.S., and International Training Centers located in several different countries. Visit the main website for locations and contact information for these WLI Centers.

Admissions Procedure
Prospective students must fill out and turn in a Student Application to the WLI UK Office with a £20 Application Fee (prices will change as of Sept 2008). The WLI Registrar will determine the student's diploma track and advanced standing (if any). Diploma tracks and advanced standing are based on education level, ministry training and experience. Advanced standing will reduce the number of training units required for a diploma. The WLI UK Registrar will mail each accepted student an Acceptance Letter.

WLI UK students come from a wide variety of backgrounds, educational levels, experience and nationalities. WLI encourages all who desire to be trained for ministry to apply.

Students must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Diplomas
WLI UK desires to remain unhindered from traditional higher-level educational format requirements and is not an accredited institution. WLI UK offers three diploma tracks: Bachelor, Master, and Doctor of Practical Ministry. Diplomas do not certify levels of attainment, but rather accumulation of training units.

Courses
WLI courses may be taken for training unit credit or may be audited (taken for personal study and not for credit). Students may take courses in person at the WLI Central Training Center, view live courses over the internet via webcasting, or take home study courses through CD/DVDs. Non-WLI (outside) courses and conferences may be taken for WLI training unit credit with pre-approval from the WLI Administrator. Courses taken at WLI Regional Centers and Global Harvest Ministries Congresses are considered outside courses. Training unit fees must be paid in full prior to taking any WLI course.

Students beginning new diploma tracks after August 2008 must take at least one WLI course in each of the following six Core Topic areas: Apostolic, Prophetic, Healing/Signs and Wonders, Deliverance, Intercession, and Spiritual Warfare. Students may select from a list of pre-approved WLI courses for each core topic area. This list can be found on the WLI Website. Courses pre-approved for core topic areas will be offered live and are available on CD/DVD. CDs are computer audio only.

The WLI schedule of live courses and available CD/DVDs can be viewed thru the WLI website.

Bringing WLI UK to You
WLI UK realizes that students cannot always come to us. If you have a church, business, or organization, our WLI UK Ambassador can come to your location to teach, train, activate and impart in a classroom or conference setting. Training can vary from a one/two day course, conference, or a full week of activation and impartation. Courses may be audited or taken for WLI UK training unit credit. Call the WLI UK Office on 0845 130 9797 for more information or use the contact form.

Course Registration
Students may register for courses or purchase CD/DVDs by contacting the WLI UK office. Registration closes when maximum class size is reached. Walk-ins are not permitted.

Earning Training Units
Training units are earned once a course is taken and a 3 to 5 page, typed Self-Evaluation Paper is submitted to the WLI UK Administrator. Self-Evaluation Papers are due no later than 90 days after completion of the course. Self-Evaluation Papers for CD/DVD courses are due within a one year period after CD/DVD purchase. All courses are pass/fail. Students fail a course only when they neglect to turn in papers on time. Self-Evaluation Papers should focus on how students were transformed by the course rather than restating course content. Students are expected to take their courses seriously and not to procrastinate in their studies as consistency and continuity is vital in receiving what the Holy Spirit wants to impart.

Additional training units may be received for courses by reading at least 500 pages on the same subject from pre-approved authors. Submit the Reading Report Form, a one page Self-Evaluation Paper and tuition fees to the WLI Administrator to earn extra reading training units.

Training Unit Cost
WLI tuition is based upon training units which cost £20 each (until Sept 2008). Two training units are assigned for each full day in class. For example, a two day course is worth four training units and costs £80 (until Sept 2008). The cost for attending a course, webcasting, or purchasing a course on CD/DVD is the same. The WLI UK Administrator will determine the number of training units earned for outside courses and conferences. Registration fees for outside course/conferences may be deducted from WLI tuition as long as the registration fee does not exceed fifty percent of the WLI tuition cost. For example, if you paid £40 for a conference which was accessed at 4 training units, your WLI tuition would be £80 (4 training units x £20) - £40 (registration fee cannot exceed fifty percent of £80) = £40. Only U.K. currency is accepted.

Diploma Requirements
Each diploma track requires completion of 120 training units (TUs). For each diploma track, 60 TUs must be earned from WLI courses (as opposed to outside courses or reading) and 32 TUs must be taken in a live format (attending class, webcasting, or outside course/conference). For each diploma track, at least 24 TUs must be earned from Core WLI courses. See WLI Website for Core Course requirements.

Ordination/Licensing
WLI does not ordain or license students for ministry.

Referrals
Student referrals are important to us. When students refer a friend to WLI, the student receives a £100 tuition credit once the friend references the student's name on the Application, the friend is accepted as a student and completes the first WLI course.
