Wagner Leadership Institute is an international network of apostolic training centers established to equip the saints for kingdom ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12).

MISSION

Founded in 1998 by C. Peter Wagner, WLI reflects a new paradigm for unique training in practical ministry. Students learn in a creative, revelatory atmosphere of teaching, impartation and activation with opportunity for hands-on practical application and ministry. WLI provides the highest level of training and spiritual impartation through a successful faculty of internationally known leaders who walk and minister powerfully out of the five-fold ascension gifts. Students obtain a living, functioning impartation and activation from the Holy Spirit to walk in their divine destiny.

UNITED KINGDOM

WLI UK is an extension of WLI Canada under Mel Mullen and Brian Thomson and Rod & Julie Anderson (pictured) were appointed the UK Chancellors in 2007, with Matt Savage appointed as Director. We offered our first courses from February 2008.

Rod & Julie are the founders of Prayer for the Nations, and The Prayer Foundation and pastors of Commonwealth Church in London. They are convinced that WLI is a fantastic method of training people in the local Church. It is also well suited to provide continuing education for Bible Colleges. Mature Christian workers who have longed to obtain a Bible College diploma, who have not been able to because of family and job commitments, now have a flexible way of being trained in a wide variety of concentrations that will not hinder their local church involvement.

All of one’s years of Christian service, personal study, and courses taken in the local church can be applied toward an advanced diploma. Everyone is given credits for past training and experience. Pastors are registering with WLI because of the favourable consideration it offers in recognizing and giving credit for previously earned Diplomas, Conferences and other training and experience they have gathered in ministry.
